Product Introduction

The vertical lift is a key component of fully automated dense storage systems, enabling the vertical movement of goods and four-way shuttles within the system. It consists of a base frame, lower, middle, and upper frames, counterweight system, and cargo platform. Built from welded steel pipes and plates, the structure offers high strength, torsion, and bending resistance. Using a gear-and-rack mechanism, four synchronized motors drive the platform up and down, with counterweights improving energy efficiency. The modular middle frame allows height adjustments, while adjustable counterweights enable handling of goods with different weight capacities.

Intelligent Four-Way Shuttle Layer Changing

  • The lift is powered on and in standby mode.

  • Dispatch the four-way shuttle that needs to change levels to the designated layer-changing position.

  • Confirm the cargo platform position; the platform rises or descends to align with the target rack level, ensuring the platform track is level with the rack track.

  • Once alignment is complete, the intelligent four-way shuttle exits the lift to continue its assigned tasks. The cargo platform then returns to the ground level and waits for the next command.

Cargo Storage and Retrieval

Storage Operation

  • The lift is powered on and in standby mode.

  • Goods are transported to the lift’s cargo platform by the four-way shuttle.
