Product Introduction
The rack is composed of frames, beams and shelf boards. The frame is composed of 55*58mm uprights, while the beam consists of the facade reinforced P-type beam, welded P-type box beam and P-type tube. This type of rack is characterized by large carrying capacity, stable structure and unlimited specifications (height, length). lt can be designed as three-upright-unit form as needed to solve the problem in depth and overload of single layer.
Product Feature
Layered shelving can be divided into lightweight layered shelving and medium-weight layered shelving, which are mainly composed of upright frames, crossbeams and shelving panels. Generally, the load-bearing capacity of lightweight shelving is 100-150kg per layer, and that of medium-weight shelving is usually 150-300kg per layer. The surface is treated with electrostatic powder coating, which is anti-corrosion, rust-proof, sturdy and durable.
It is assembled by connection and insertion methods, and the installation and disassembly are extremely simple and convenient. The use of crossbeams enables the shelving panels to be adjustable by 50mm, which better increases the storage flexibility and meets various usage requirements of customers.
Through the pulling force between the crossbeams and upright frames, as well as the support of side panels and horizontal supports, the overall firmness and stability of the shelving are enhanced, resulting in a longer service life of the shelving and safer and more reliable use. It can be used alone or freely spliced into various arrangements, and its specific specifications, dimensions, configurations, etc. can be customized according to the requirements of customers for the load-bearing capacity of the shelving and its actual usage.

The cross-section of the shelf materials is optimized, with a variety of pipe materials to choose from, which improves the load-bearing capacity and makes it more stable and elegant.
Between the uprights in the adjacent back-to-back direction, partition braces can be used for enhanced connection. The bottom of the uprights can be used in conjunction with ground nails, which improves safety and reliability.
