• The column panels of the beam-type racks are connected by columns, horizontal braces and diagonal braces with bolts. The beams are welded together with two column clips and beam rods. The beams are welded by two specially-made shaped welded beams, which doubles the thickness of the upper and lower surfaces of the beams.

• The column panels are inserted into the welded beams to form the rack frame, which is fixed with safety pins, featuring a simple and reliable structure.

• The columns are punched with double rows of diamond-shaped holes, and the hole pitch is 75mm or 50mm. Therefore, the beams can be freely adjusted up and down in units of 75mm or 50mm when hung on the columns.

• The beam - type racks can also be equipped with decking, which can be steel plates, melamine boards or grid meshes. This enables the use of pallets of different sizes.

• Simple and Reliable Structure: Pallet racking features a simple, safe, and reliable structure. It can be flexibly adjusted and combined, with no restrictions on the storage and retrieval sequence. It is widely used in warehouse operations with pallet storage and forklift handling.

• Upright Frame and Beam Connection: The upright frame is composed of uprights, horizontal bracing, and diagonal bracing, connected with bolts. The frame is joined with C-shaped beams through interlocking and secured with safety pins, making the structure simple and reliable. Each level can be adjusted freely in 50mm or 75mm increments.

• Strong Load Capacity: Depending on the specifications of the uprights and beams, the load requirements of each level can be determined. With a large moment of inertia, strong load capacity, and excellent impact resistance, the maximum load per level can reach up to 5000kg (based on design).

• High Upright Height and Flexibility: The height of a single upright can reach 12 meters. Pallet racking offers high flexibility and can be extended into mold racks, mezzanine racks, automated storage racks, or customized into special racks such as oil drum racks.

• Optimized Space Utilization: Pallet racking effectively increases warehouse storage height and improves space utilization. It is suitable for storing all types of goods.

• Enhanced Safety Features: The system can be equipped with upright protectors and guard rails to prevent forklift collisions. For greater safety, accessories such as pallet support bars, panels, and wire decking can be installed on beams.

• Cost-Effective and Practical: With low cost, easy installation, and simple operation, pallet racking makes locating goods convenient and is compatible with any type of handling equipment. It is the most widely used racking system.

• Optional Decking Accessories: Beams can be fitted with steel panels, particle boards, or wire mesh decking, making the system adaptable to different pallet sizes and storage requirements.
