In 2019, a major Thai car seat manufacturer visited HEGERLS to explore solutions for their disorganized warehouse operations. Based on their specific needs, we delivered a customized automated storage solution featuring:
2 single-deep stacker cranes
1 double-deep stacker crane
6 high-efficiency elevators
200-meter conveyor system
This system enabled continuous pallet handling without the need to go offline, significantly improving operational efficiency and enabling full digital management of warehouse inventory.
The project has successfully solved the client's core challenges of disorganized pallet flow and manual handling, setting a strong benchmark for smart warehouse transformation in the automotive industry.
